If you’re having a hard time getting your fitness routine on track, you’re not alone. It’s estimated that only 8% of New Year resolutions are actually kept; and the top four resolutions are related to health and fitness.  That’s 92% of resolutions with no follow through. So instead of settling into a statistic, know it’s NEVER too late to invest in your health.

Some people get frustrated with their exercise routine; especially if exercise is something new. Body aches and tired muscles often lead to a rest day–then another rest day, and another one, until it turns into a rest week. It derails the best laid plans. You need some motivation! It’s not too late. Focus on a group setting and personalized routines.

KEEPING YOUR EDGE

People who exercise regularly are not immune to falling behind. Maybe the resolution was to train for a charity run and you haven’t even started yet. You need that boost, but keep putting it off. There’s still time to get on track. Commit to a training program and give yourself the advantage.
