Group training and fitness classes can be an awesome way to get fit and stay in shape. Working out with your peers provides camaraderie and builds friendships, being in a group means you’re always held accountable and pushed to do your best, and the scale means group fitness activities are often more affordable than 1-on-1 personal training.

But when we started Apex Personal Training, we quickly learned that the traditional “boot camp” style of group training comes with its own limitations and isn’t right for everybody. A one-size-fits-all workout routine means that while everybody gets a reasonably fine workout, very few people get the specific routine that works best for them as individuals. And with a group, individuals don’t often get the chance to get the attention of trainers for questions, tips, adjustments, and more. 

Personalized Group Training is the Best of Both Worlds

So what if there were a group training program that offered the communal benefits of the large group workouts with the attention and personalization of 1-on-1 personal training? That’s a trick question–no need to ask, because there is a program that fits that bill. We call it Personalized Group Training, and it’s a program completely unique to Apex Personal Training. In Personalized Group Training, each individual comes to group sessions with a workout designed specifically for their needs, their goals, and their bodies. 

No matter your age, your ability, or your fitness desires, everyone arrives with one thing in common: the desire to do their best, achieve their goals, and help each other do the same. You’ll find the camaraderie, accountability, and affordability of traditional group training, but with the actual workouts personalized so you’re doing what’s most effective for you. And with morning and evening sessions most days of the week, you’ll be able to find a routine that fits your schedule, too.
