We are huge fans of encouraging you to do whatever it takes to drag yourself off the couch and into the gym, outside for a run, or out working on the yard. Even if it seems silly or unnecessary. If it works, who cares, right?
Some people are inspired by motivational quotes to remind them why they got started in the first place. Others consider how grateful they will be a year from now once they have started their fitness journey. And others think about how taking the time to focus on their personal health enables them to be a better spouse, parent, friend, son, or daughter.
Whatever your motivation, keep reminding yourself why it is so important to you. There will be days when you’ll need it.
Give it all you’ve got.
If you’re going to work out, you might as well give it your all and do your best.
